I was placed in a room above someone who banged on the ceiling because I had an active toddler. The floors were thin and it seemed like he was waiting for any little noise to complain and bang on the ceiling. I’m pregnant and awoke a 3am to use the restroom and when he heard us he started banging. I was scared he was going to come upstairs and harass me. I can say the floors are so thin I heard a chair being pulled out in the room above me and it did sound loud so I get it but how can we avoid walking on the floor? Other than that the room was clean and I loved that it was a smoke free hotel !

Was leaving for another destination at 6:30am. Breakfast was supposed to start at 6:30am. Nothing was out for us to eat, they were still “getting ready”. So we did not get breakfast.

Air conditioner was broken in room. Was 80 degrees all night. Moved rooms and the toilet seat was broken and on the floor. Tried to fix it. The staff was unhelpful and unfriendly. Kept telling me they couldn’t help me. Left something in the room and the staff was really rude about getting it for me. Would never stay there again.
