It's uphill so having a car is useful and there is a parking spot available in an underground garage. The check-in was easy and everyone is friendly and accessible in case of questions. It's perfect for a group of friends.”

  Everything! The staff is amazing! The lazy river is extremely warm and my daughter loved it. We literally had to drag her out of the pool area kicking and screaming (she's 2)! It's the perfect location right across from the island which is our favorite place to go when in Pigeon Forge! The rooms were clean and the beds were soft! My daughter loved it! The guy checking us in even upgraded us to a balcony room at no charge because ours didn't have one! That was the second time we'd stayed there and we were not disappointed either time! We will be back!

  Perfect location with a free bus transfer to Universal Park. The huge size of the room. Perfect and comfortable for staying with family!!! Nice pool Breakfast is normal, but I can't say that it was Good. Definitely, for such size of Hotel, Breakfast may have been better.

  The room was almost perfect, but I have to warn that the matrasses were awful. All the entire week stay, I had back pain. Even with almost perfect stay, I am not sure that I will come back again due to the reason of bad sleep(((

  Staff were wonderful, clean rooms, Breakfast second to none, and location to Restaurants and the freeway. Will stay here again for sure if in the Texarkana area.

  The location is fabulous. Beach front with nothing to take your view. The large covered deck made sitting out even on rainy days a pleasure.

  The beds were hard, both bathrooms have water damage. The upstairs has water damage on the ceiling above the tub and the downstairs around the toilet. The beds keep you tossing and turning and could definitely use mattress toppers or new mattresses. Baby gates would be nice to have for the stairs inside and on the outside porch.

  1. Light on dresser not working, Telephone not working had to walk to front desk to report problem. Was told no maintenance available. Curtain rod fell down could not take a proper shower. No point in walking back to front desk, Room was clean but smelled too strong of disinfectant could not breathe, had to leave door open to air out in very hot humid temps. No hair dryer, not even a box of tissues provided. Breakfast was a joke. Only thing available ,few slices of white bread, no creamer for coffee and I could go on and on. Very Poor.
