Gorgeous property! Very clean. I hate that they charge you for everything, particularly parking and also for early check in. If the guests are spending that type of money, the least the property could do is to compensate for either of the two. Other than that, my stay was a wonderful experience for me and my family

I paid for the room through your application for $126. And later, after staying there, they charged me another amount of $138, more than through the app, and now they are trying to refund me $126 without explaining why I have to pay more than I paid through the app. And when I tried to find out why they were trying to refund me a smaller amount, no one answered, and as a result, the woman at the front desk put me on hold for 50 minutes. And every time I tried to call her back, she put me on hold. I think this is a disgusting level of customer service, we are not at school to play, and put me on hold for 50 minutes, and then put my number on hold every time.

No complimentary breakfast, the $15 price for the optional breakfast was a bit surprising. Even a Super 8 level hotel has some kind of complimentary breakfast, even if it's simply a piece of fruit or a bagel. I would expect more from a place with the Hilton name attatched to it. Also the $6 dollar charge for parking is a little ridiculous. This is not adjacent to a facility or anything that would require paying to park. Nothing around the hotel at all. If I'm paying to stay at your establishment you should have a place for me to park that doesn't cost extra. This is not a valet service arrangement. Just a regular, open, non secured lot
