  The staff member who brought our luggage to the room was extremely rude — he threw the $10 tip on the ground, possibly expecting a larger amount like $100 just for carrying the bags. On top of that, my wife forgot her diamond rings in the room, and despite multiple attempts, no one has responded to confirm whether they were found or not. The customer service has been very disappointing. Overall, our experience has been far below expectations
