- “This gem is right in the heart of Megalochori at the base of the church. It was so charming and beautiful. This spot is a destination location for other travelers visiting Santorini, but it's not overly crowded...you're just walking out into a photoshoot. There's a cafe across from the smaller bedroom that plays the most beautiful live music nightly (ends at 11pm due to the noise ordinance for the city), it just made this place better. Oh and when I was getting ready in the morning I heard horses, opened the window to see horseback riders right outside, this happened every day, must be on a horse tour route. And only super small cars can come down the street here larger ones won't fit down the streets so not a heavy traffic area at all.”

  The area was quiet/calm, good weather, good location. Bathroom conveniently located across from doorway. WiFi is great. Parking was not an issue on a Monday. Good value for the price paid for a room. Common shared areas were presentable. Felt right at home with how comfortable it was

  Could use a little extra cleaning in easy to miss/overlooked areas (just some dust is all). Perhaps provide a mini fridge for future guests that could use one (just a suggestion). No shoes indoors is a pain but I understand that

  We liked the price compared to chain, conglomerate-owned properties in nearby Twin Falls. Staff was excellent and very knowledgeable about area physical attractions (waterfalls in the 1,000 Springs Scenic Byway). The room was very clean with new carpet and robust sink hardware.

  The TV had constant, annoying audio "hiccups" the night we checked in, which cleared up by morning. The bed sat too high and was too soft, making it difficult to sit on. The pillows were not adequate.

  The bed & pillows were comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was great & unlike some motels/hotels the temperature of the water was consistent, it didn’t fluctuate from super hot & cold.

  The air conditioner in our original room stopped working around morning. We notified the front desk, they sent maintenance to fix it, he wasn’t able to do so & said that it would take him a couple of hours to fix so he would let the front desk know & they would just put us in a different room. We were thankful they were willing to move us to another room, however it was a bit frustrating to have to completely pack up our room & move everything to a new room at 1am (by the time maintenance came, looked at it & then for the front desk attendant to get us into a new room & then us to pack our things & move rooms) we had to interrupt our son’s sleep & he had to be woke up a few hours after he had already gone to sleep. Then once we got settled into the new room & all got back in bed we were laying there & the second room clearly was also having issues with the air conditioner not working all that great either. It was on but even turned all the way down it just wasn’t hardly blowing much air out like it should have been. The rooms also had a pretty strong smell of mold musty smell upon entering the rooms. The smell in the first room was worse than the second room & was definitely a strong smell of mold.

  Location was nice. When staff was at the front desk, they was friendly. Breakfast was ok. The ac in the room was freezing cold(perfect)

  The fact that the blanket in the room had what appeared to be dried blood on it. Just as we was ready for bed, we started smelling someone smoking pot. Which triggered my epileptic son to have a seizure. Went to the front desk twice and there wasn't anyone there.

  It smelled like a cigarette when we walked in the lobby. No healthy food options. The casino staff at the bar was super rude over comping beer versus the 1000.00 that was spent in their slot machines.
