There was so many issue with this place. Please read before staying! Issue 1 . The elevator is a death trap! We stayed on the 3rd floor and when we got on and road it down to the lobby, after exiting from the lobby door we see a “out of order” sign?? But there wasn’t one on the third floor!! The room was dirty smelling and had insects inside the bathroom! Issue 2 . We checked in at 11pm and had to leave for our flight at 3:45am. After getting a little bit of sleep we come down to our truck passenger side window broken & our truck searched through. After going to the front office to complain about the break in, the man at the front desk did not want to help was nor try to even give us a refund for the second night we had booked! Told us we had to contact booking.com because that is who we booked with. We ended up having to book another hotel & get window fixed of course when we got back from our flight later that evening. Issue 3 . I contact booking.com and expressed my experience and they said they would contact the hotel and come to a conclusion for me. I then got an email from booking telling they me “Unfortunately, we were not able to reach an agreement between you and the accommodation.” So I call the hotel & talk to the manager. I continue to tell him about my experience and asked him why he didn’t give me a refund. He continues to say that they are not liable for what happens to my vehicle.. MIND YOU it’s parked on their property.. so I called the corporate and complained to them about my situation and how I’m being treated by the establishment. They go on to tell me they will now contact the property and I should hear results in a week… we will see about that I guess…
