The location of the Inn was perfect for our stay. We loved being across from the ocean and hearing the ocean at night. It was nice to have the fireplace in the room for ambiance. There was a nice boardwalk located across from the Inn and it was wonderful to take a long stroll at night. We also were able to sit by an open air firepit in the evening. I would definitely book this Inn again!

They advertised a pool but they don't clean it. It still had the pool cover on it, which looked like they never moved is as there was tall weeds growing out of the middle and on top of the cover. It's probably there to make ppl pay a little more for something inaccessible

Arrived shortly after 2pm and our room still wasn’t going to be ready for another 45min. Asked for our keys since we wouldn’t be back until 11pm. When we tried to access our room after a long day, the keys were invalid. (No apologies or forgiving acts for any of this). Once in our suite, there was no information card about breakfast, check-out time, etc. The rooms were mostly clean. The shower head in our room needs replacement and the shower curtain had staining on it. Breakfast only goes until 9:30 and the room is shockingly small (some people had to take their food and go). For the price we paid, I had higher expectations.

This was my second night staying here the first night that morning around 8:00 a.m. cuz they have tried to answer my room seeing that it was vacant and it was not vacant then the next night that I came back I had to continue to change rooms because the television would not work

I was at a conference and I found bed bugs and the general manager was talked to and was supposed to get back with me. I haven't heard anything from him yet.

Bed Bugs and your general manager not following up with the problem of bed bugs. I had to take my grandsons to the doctor for all of the bites and they confirmed that they were bedbug bites

There is a big problem using the elevator too slow.It takes up to 10/15min to get in. There are only 2 elevator at the hotel (26 floors).most of the time the two elevators are busy because housekeeping staff are using them to do their job caring their carts and supplies. So this is the major problem we’ve seen during our stay!
