The only way to leave a review is to first make a booking. That's how we know our reviews come from real guests who have stayed at the property.
2
When guests stay at the property, they check out how quiet the room is, how friendly the staff is, and more.
3
After their trip, guests tell us about their stay. We check for naughty words and verify the authenticity of all guest reviews before adding them to our site.

location was great, right in front of a cable car station. the hotel was clean, and we were happy to stay in Axiom.

our room was facing a wall, which wasn't good for those who want to see daylight.

It was clean with nice staff and not too crowded. I liked the on site bistro and coffee.

The elevator wasn’t working when I got there. The location is decent but the rooms are kinda loud and don’t block out any noise from outside or the hallway. The construction in front of the property made it harder to access the parking lot and there wasn’t any additional signs directing the hotel guests where to go.

Nothing about this place was nice. worst place to stay.

There was a broken glass in the freezer, no shower curtain, smashed bugs on the walls, the towels are dingy an stained, the a/c unit was breaking an had paint all over it, microwave didn't have the glass plate inside. The walls were disgusting dirty.

The card that they give you to scan to get in and out the parking lot stops working randomly. This is a known issue as the guests staying there seemed to all help each other out when we’d get stuck at the gate in the parking lot. You go to leave and the card says not active and you need to run inside where they’ll scan it for you and reactivate it. I had to do that everyday staying there for a week and the person at the desk always gave attitude when you ask them to fix your card. Also I was never aware the parking is a whole $20 a night to park in their parking lot. That price is insane let alone to be blindsided with that when checking in as obviously you have no choice to pay it because realistically where else are you going to park. Also the security guard there was ridiculous always asking everyone to see their parking slip or not to park too long in front of the hotel or if you’re smoking too close to the building and so on. Dude was excessive and almost like he has something against everyone walking around looking for things to yell at people for. The room was clean and location was great but between the parking gate never being allowed in or out without having to run in the building and the security guard bothering everyone and paying a crazy amount just to park in the hotel I paid for, the overall stay was not worth it. I wouldn’t stay there again just based on just it being clean.

Would have liked the hotel not to require me handing over to them an electronic image of my ID, for them to own and for them to do with it what they will. Give it away, sell it, misuse it. The indisputable fact is that once I agree to the hotel scanning my ID, for which there is no right, it's a demand, and should I have agreed, then that transfers the right of the image from me to the hotel. I have then lost complete control of the image of my ID. This was ambush on behalf of the hotel, timed for when the traceller is weary and at the end of the day. No previous advice was given, no transparency, and no choice. The receptionist made it clear that this was the requirement of the owner, unbreakable, to do so would cost her her job. Outrageous. The owner was somewhere in Reno and had made himself uncontactable. Alos outrageous. The man acts like he thinks he is a god. I am clear. My ID is mine. The only other party with rights to it is the Government. And the Govenrment would never agree to a request from Econo Hotel to have an electronic copy of my ID.

parking and paying for parking after paying so much for the room. We were expecting parking to be complementary for guests.
