I love the hotel staff, they was very polite and helpful. The bed was very soft and comfortable, the room is nice and clean. I injoy the food at the restaurant, they served some good breakfast. I really injoy myself a t the hotel, I had a really good night sleep.

The room they gave us was on the third floor, and the elevator was broken. They made no effort to compensate for the inconvenience of carrying our stuff up 3 flights. The hotel itself was dirty, the carpets looked like they had not seen a vacuum in months. The halls and stair wells smelled. I chose this hotel because it had a kitchen, even paid more than I would have just getting a room at the place next door, but to my surprise no dishes in the room. I opened the drawers and there was food in them. (Crushed chips). I was not happy with this hotel at all.

The elevator and our entire floor smelled like marijuana. I verified it was a non-smoking facility and that a man on our floor was smoking in the hallway. I don’t think he knew what to do other than state the entire property was nonsmoking. Not very family friendly.

There were bugs on top of the sheets in both rooms that we booked. I looked at the mattress and noticed there were signs of bed bugs- small blood spots in the creases along with lint and other small black bug residue. I went downstairs to the manager immediately after checking mattresses- like I do everywhere we stay. I said, “the bugs were on the sheets and the mattresses are dirty under the sheets.” The manager said, “you don’t sleep on the mattress, you sleep on the sheets. It is common to have bugs because we have pest control.” He also said, bugs on the bed and dirty mattresses is not something to get a refund for.”
