  Lots of activities on the resort and great location with plenty of nearby restaurants (free shuttle within 2 miles of resort) Seemed to be clean. Lobby and surrounding area is really nice and it feels like a lot of work went into it. AC in room worked great.

  Not sure if the work environment is toxic for staff or not but we did overhear staff talking about working conditions and how management treats them and many of the staff were rude and not welcoming. A lot of small things wrong in our room that you wouldn’t expect for the amount of money we paid. None of the light dimmers worked so all lights were stuck on the low light setting. Other lights simply did not work like the one over our outdoor tub. Dated carpet and balcony doors didn’t fully close. The restaurants on the resort were way over priced for the “ok” quality of food and small portions you receive. Drinks were also way over priced at $17-$18 (usd) There was live music every night which usually consisted of someone softly playing guitar on the beach near the restaurant area but most nights you couldn’t hear the guitar over music playing in the background from other events happening on the resort. Most of the palm trees facing the water are in rough shape and probably won’t last much longer. Once you are out of the lobby and restaurant area there isn’t much done with the majority of the beachfront. There are outdated bright white lights in the palm trees that give off bright security light vibes. So much wasted potential. Feels like they are just maintaining enough to get a few more years out of it.

  The location was convenient. The complimentary breakfast was decent and we didn’t have to leave the motel to go elsewhere and pay extra for breakfast.

  Wish there had been another arm chair in the room. One of us had to sit on the bed or in the roll around office chair. The original room we reserved was to have had two queen size beds and a handicap tub/shower. That room was not available when we checked in so we got a single king size bed, which was ok, just not what we expected; and there was a wheelchair shower only. Water from the shower went all over the bathroom floor.
