We took rail system directly from BKK airport to the resort. To our surprise, the BTS station On Nut is right across street from resort. No noise heard from our 2 rooms that overlooked the rail station. Lots of street vendors at this BTS station which was a very nice surprise. There are a lot of stores and eateries at the resort - 4 floors and included a Tops grocery store!! We enjoyed this convenience. We stayed at a total of 5 hotel/resorts during our 2-week vacation and Avani Sukhumvit was the best!”

      The location was convenient to the college and the staff was very friendly. The coffee in the morning was good.

      There weren’t enough towels and the shampoo/conditioner was hard to get out of the bottle. Nothing the front desk couldn’t help us with.

      The only thing good was the beds where comfortable.

      The place needs a make over and you charge way too much, I would expect more for $150.00. The place smelled moldy, no hot water, the ice machines where all out of order and the room wasn't clean. Told the front desk about these issues, their only response was sorry about that.

      i have emailed a video as well as several messages stating that the ice machines have mold in the filtering system as well as the filters are disgusting. i only found out due to my 10 yr old has a weak immune system and got sick after drinking ice water. we went to each floor hoping to get better results to no avil..noone has contacted me so tomorrow i will be contacting my lawyer with the video and hospital paperwork also glad i brought trash bags cuz we weren't given not a single trash bag
