- Scored out of 10, guest rating 8.2Very Good - What previous guests thought, 541 reviewsFood quality was great. Bit more variety on the evening meals would help for those staying longer than 4 days but that is being picky. Fantastic breakfast - if there is something you want but cannot find on the buffet then ask the chefs - all very helpful. The spa was amazing and great for a rainy day. Location is perfect for walks and local communities. Room was cozy and comfortable. For 6 days we could have done with booking a bigger room - it is worth checking the options for longer stays - but the bed was super comfy and we wish we'd bought the robes.Guest review byArronUnited Arab Emirates
- From $1,510.48 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 9.5Exceptional - What previous guests thought, 484 reviewsExcellent bar none. We enjoyed a few nights stay post-christmas for our wedding anniversary. Every member of their staff is exceptional. Expect professional and friendly service and knowledgable recommendations. Our room was spacious and well appointed. The elegant touches make the experience from the heated bathroom floor to rose petals for our anniversary. The experience truly is end-to-end - we have never had such a smooth check-out, from our room to the town car in less than 5 blissful minutes. Keen to return!Guest review byVeronicaAustralia

London is buzzing - despite the bad rain on the way in to London we were greeted with incredible rainbows and the sun came out to give an amazing evening. Traffic is pretty awful driving to central London, but at least with the 20 mph zones everywhere, its not so polluted any more. We were in London for work, but i always love seeing the sights on the drive in and out - London Eye, Buckingham Palace, Houses of Parliament, Trafalgar Square - its all so accessible and it helps link up in my mind how it all fits together. The pubs were full of people after work on our way out, a very vibrant scene as the summer draws to a close. Looking forward to the next visit!Guest review byMark BrindleUnited Kingdom - 8.0

I was in Manchester on business but would definitely spend time there for pleasure. Relatively small city with lots to do in the city centre. Be careful though, like all cities it has it's undesirables. Good choice of food (Rudy's is great for pizza) and some nice hotels. Manchester is easy to get round by bus or tram and we'll connected by train. The city has a good vibe so enjoy.Guest review bySteven MavinUnited Kingdom - 10.0

A really interesting city, with a variety of areas, all of very different character. Have never met such lovely or friendly people in my life - and I travel a lot! Nothing is too much trouble for anyone, from bus drivers, to bar staff, to people on the street. Transport is super easy and fairly cheap.Guest review byJacquelineUnited States - 8.0

What can I say about Blackpool that everyone doesn't already know? It's Blackpool. It's a run down seaside resort with plenty to see and do. There are good transport facilities so getting around isn't much of a problem. It caters for Hen and Stag do's so it is nearly always busy. It is the archetypal British seaside resort and we 'chuffin' love it.Guest review byEricUnited Kingdom - 10.0

Birmingham has a lot to offer all travellers, but this time I was visiting for a hospital admission. On previous occasions I have visited many of the city's attractions, venues and restaurants. There is something for all ages, and it does not disappoint.Guest review bySallyMacUnited Kingdom - 10.0

Great things to see in the city, and close to Hadrians Wall and Roman towns by train and bus. Discovery museum is a must. And food!! Some of the best food we've eaten at restaurants and wine bars, and it was Restaurant Week - aim for that if you can!Guest review byLEIGHTONUnited Kingdom - 10.0

If you get a chance , book for the Ghost Bus Tour that leaves from outside the Milner Hotel near York Railway Station, it is truly an hilarious ride/experience , we didn't stop laughing the whole time we were on the tour. Also take a trip out to the McArthur Glen Designer Outlet if you have a chance, you can snag some bargains. It is really easy to walk round York and there is plenty of public transport. We also took a trip to Dreamery Gardens on the outskirts of Stamford Bridge, this is also worth a visitGuest review byRuthUnited Kingdom - 10.0

Bristol is a compact and a pleasant city, easy to get to the attractions from the apartment. Clifton village/arcade is worth a visit and off course the Brunel suspension bridge is a must see. Harbourside was vibrant with lots going on and we recommend the River Station restaurant. The Museum and Art Gallery are well worth a visit.Guest review byNewlands - 4.0

PLEASE BEWARE!!!! PLEASE BEWARE!!! STAY ELSEWHERE!! STAY ELSEWHERE!!! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF BLIND WITHOUT A MASK ON TOO!!! I was tricked into using their taxi service because they were the same price as the bus but my credit card statement showed otherwise!! I was double charged for my rooms too and there is no way of contacting them online or through Booking.com to rectify this HUGE mistake!!! After confirming with me at check in that my reservation had already been paid for they went ahead and charged me AGAIN!! I have had to contact my credit card company with my proof of payment and they show me paying for it twice also!! i have put in a dispute with my credit card company as well as my bank!! PLEASE BEWARE!!! PLEASE BEWARE!!!Guest review byteresaUnited States - 6.0
Leeds is a lovely cultural place, with plenty to see and do.
Leeds is a lovely cultural place, with plenty to see and do. Its central to other towns like York and Waterfalls and country hikes. Just be aware if driving through Leeds trying to find a carpark, there isn't any signs for parking, we had to Google and on our return home, I was issued with 2 fines for driving in a street that's just for buses twice! If there's a park and ride go for that as if you have no idea where your going you'll get caught out!Guest review byDebbieUnited Kingdom
