Very friendly staff, great food, accommodation was great

Lovely renovated B & B. The interior is charming and high level. The hosts are so friendly and live hospitality. They make all efforts to give you the best stay possible. Thank you Karen & Mark!

The accommodation was exactly as advertised. The location was excellent. Staff was helpful. Breakfasts were excellent.

Had everything for a comfortable stay and close to Stewarton train station

Everything was as expected and better We had been aware of the renovations being done and the time it took to get the project completed but the end result was worth the wait

Wonderful, clean rooms rooms have reopened following renevations .very modern interior . Staff friendly .pub downstairs serves meals which seem popular lots of locals in .everyone took the time to speak to us and ask what we thought of our room. No breakfast available but we knew that before booking. We checked in with spencer, hes a really man, made sure we were happy with our stay. The proprioter, jonathan very kindly bought us a drink after dinner on our 3rd night. We would highly reccommend a stay here .

The room was spacious and clean. It was very quiet and peaceful. Views over the dales from a private balcony. Staff were friendly. Meals were excellent and we had our evening meal there both nights

We stayed here last night as a last minute getaway and we have another night booked here before we even left! The room was absolutely stunning and so well thought out down to every detail! Such a relaxing night away and would highly recommend if your looking for something different than average hotel, such a unique and relaxing experience with a luxury feel throughout with stunning views from your bed! The staff were beyond accommodating and are available any time if you need anything, highly recommended, thank you for an amazing night away!

Great staff, delicious breakfast. Rooms are very nice and comfortable

Beautiful room and very well equipped. Friendly and helpful staff who stayed open late for us after the late arrival of our ferry. Just really sorry we didn’t get to eat at their restaurant because we were just too late. Lovely breakfast. Easy parking. Pretty villages with good walking.

We stayed at Birchwood on Valentine’s Day and honestly couldn’t have chosen a more perfect place. From the moment we arrived, it felt special, warm, personal, and thoughtfully done in a way that’s hard to describe unless you’ve experienced it. We were incredibly lucky to be upgraded to the suite, which was absolutely stunning. The room was immaculate, with the most comfortable bed and everything you’d want for a cosy stay: beautiful décor, a flat screen TV, great coffee, and those little touches that make a space feel considered rather than just furnished. The interior design throughout the hotel is gorgeous. It’s boutique in the truest sense, stylish and elegant but still homely. You can tell real care has gone into every detail. The owners made the experience what it was. They are genuinely warm, friendly, and accommodating, and you can feel that it’s their passion. Breakfast the next morning was also super delicious. To make it even more magical, it started snowing on Saturday evening and continued into Sunday morning. Waking up to that view after the best sleep we’ve had in ages just made the whole stay feel even more special. We genuinely didn’t want to leave. Birchwood feels less like a hotel and more like a home away from home. A perfect location in Pitlochry, a romantic atmosphere, and a stay that felt personal from start to finish. We’ll absolutely be back. Thank you!

Stayed at Louma for a long weekend to celebrate my wife's birthday. It was absolutely superb in every department (bar the weather!). The property is beautiful and everything has a high-end feel - the interior design, the room finishes, the wellness facility, the landscaping. The food was exceptional. The best thing was the service though. All the staff were great and it really had a homely feeling - like you were staying at friends or family. Would highly recommend.
