  Upon arrival we immediately reported the uncleanliness of our rental and not once did staff try to address the issues. We didn't receive our complimentary supplies such as soap, toilet tissue on so on. The furniture had dog feces under it and looked or appeared the furniture had been in place for awhile and collecting dust. Carpets still had wet spots from urine and I am an animal lover, I have both service animals and pets. I believe in the responsibility of cleaning up after my entire family and the fur babies are a big part of it however if for some reason I wasn't able, I would expect that the paid cleaning staff would have done so before renting again but they would rather be smoking in the clean rooms across the way.

  Absolutely everything, typically Bay Watch was one of our favorite stays but won't happen anymore. I found our rental disgusting.

  The location is fantastic and the decor is fun. Nearby views of the city were spectacular. I was concerned about the on street parking, but we found a close spot immediately and didn't have any problems with it. The apartment overall was comfortable and quiet and was a decent value for 2 nights over an expensive weekend to stay in Pittsburgh. Access to restaurants and the incline was convenient. Check-in and check out were easy, and the host did a good job with communication. The only minor feedback I have would be that the bathroom could use some updating, but it wasn't a deal breaker, and we would definitely stay here again.

  We really enjoyed the whirlpool tub room with our balcony overlooking the pool. We did not use the pool, but everything was clean and well maintained. Our room was quiet, AC felt great, and we loved the later check out time. The bed was so comfortable. Close to many restaurants and shopping. We will be telling our out of town family about this location!

  A vintage, old school vibe that takes one back to the 60s. The manager is a local historian and the property is decorated with authentic Hawaiian artifacts. Very clean, staff is great. Nearby all the places I wanted to visit in Lihu’e. I would definitely stay here again.

  Cell signal (AT&T) is very poor and there is no WIFI. TV signal is very poor. No desk.
