The staff was very polite and helpful, despite my complete lack of language skills. The room was clean and made up well each day. The bed was a legitimate king-size; in my experience, this is a rarity in this part of the world, especially at this price. The location was perfect for our needs (near family), though still very close to a subway station (Lermontovsky Prospekt) for access to the rest of the city. There's an elevator to get you to the check-in.

The staff of the hotel was perfectly attentive, friendly and helpful. I’m quite surprised they have 3 stars only. I would say they are a solid 4-star, plus some of the rooms look more like a 5-star. Kind regards to the owner and staff with all my gratitude.
